Using YouRyse

YouRyse is a task-management and focus tool provided by Vig Solutions LLC. Use it lawfully and only with content you have permission to use. You retain ownership of the tasks, notes, and other content you enter. YouRyse is not medical treatment or professional advice, and it does not promise a particular productivity outcome.

Mac release and availability

The Mac release is in preparation. Website previews use sample tasks and may differ from the final release. The core app requires macOS 14 or later. Optional on-device helpers have additional Apple Intelligence and macOS requirements. Features in development, including an iPhone companion and optional online services, have no promised release date.

Free and Pro

The planned offer includes a free core app and a one-time Pro upgrade for the listed Pro features and updates to them. The planned US launch price is $29.99; the App Store will display the actual local price, applicable taxes, and purchase terms before you pay. Pro does not include every future product or hosted service. The planned Assistant subscription is $6.99 per month or $69.99 per year, billed in advance and renewing until canceled. The annual price is $5.83 per month equivalent, not monthly billing. Assistant is in development and is not yet available to purchase.

Purchases and refunds are handled by Apple under its applicable terms. App Store downloads are subject to Apple’s standard licensed application agreement unless a different agreement is displayed in the store. Use the app’s Restore Purchases action to restore eligible purchases.

Assistant, included months and permanent Pro

After 3 completed paid service months, Pro is yours to keep. Monthly and annual subscribers earn Pro on the same schedule. Free, promotional and refunded periods do not count.

Progress accumulates across qualifying paid periods and is not lost when you turn off renewal. An annual purchase earns Pro only after three completed paid calendar months of service. Overlapping subscriptions do not count twice. Refunds or revoked payments can reverse the credit they supplied; a normal cancellation never removes valid purchased or earned Pro.

Lifetime Pro buyers get 3 included months of Assistant when it launches. Activate them when you are ready; they end without an automatic charge. A YouRyse account is needed to activate this benefit. The benefit is once per verified lifetime purchase and account, includes the stated usage allowance, and is not transferable or redeemable for cash. If you already have paid Assistant time, use that paid term before activating the included months. Your existing Pro access does not depend on activating Assistant.

The planned allowance is 60 voice minutes and 100 typed requests per calendar month, resetting on the first day of the month (UTC). Monthly and annual billing have the same monthly limits; unused usage does not roll over, and there are no automatic overage charges. Requests can reserve usage before processing, including unsuccessful requests. Review your allowance and data disclosure before using hosted assistance.

Cancel through Apple’s subscription settings to prevent the next renewal. Assistant continues through the current paid term; annual billing remains annual after cancellation. A lifetime Pro purchase can be restored with the purchasing Apple account. Earned Pro is linked to your YouRyse account. Your local tasks and history remain available under the applicable Free or Pro limits.

Your content and backups

Keep backups of work you need. Imports create one-way copies and do not keep external task boards synchronized. Tracked-time reports depend on the tasks, estimates, and timer use you record. Automated suggestions may be incomplete or incorrect; review them before use.

Optional shared services

If community services are enabled, do not harass others, submit unlawful material, impersonate another person, or try to bypass access or usage limits. We may restrict abusive use to protect the service and its participants. In-app reporting, leaving a group, and online-account deletion will be available with those services. Local tasks and Apple purchases are separate from an online account.

Privacy, changes, and contact

The privacy policy explains data handling. Availability and features can change as the app develops. Any mandatory consumer rights under applicable law remain in effect. We will update the date on this page when these terms change.
