Include your app version, macOS version, what you expected, and what happened. A screenshot can help; remove any personal or confidential task content first. Never send passwords, authentication codes, or payment-card details.

Bringing in tasks

Use Paste Tasks for a plain-text list, CSV import for an exported file, or Import Reminders to copy selected Apple Reminders. macOS asks for permission before YouRyse reads Reminders. You can change that permission in System Settings → Privacy & Security → Reminders.

Imports are one-way copies. Completing or editing a copied task does not change its source. Keep an original export or backup when importing a large list.

Pro purchase and restore

Pro is planned as a one-time in-app purchase. Once released, use Restore Purchases in the app while signed into the Apple account that bought it. A YouRyse login is not required. The App Store shows the actual local price and handles billing.

If restore fails, include the error text and app version in your support email. Do not send your full receipt unless support specifically requests it through a suitable channel. For refunds, use Apple’s Report a Problem.

Assistant membership · coming soon

Lifetime Pro buyers get 3 included months of Assistant when it launches. Activate them when you are ready; they end without an automatic charge. A YouRyse account is needed to activate this benefit.

After 3 completed paid service months, Pro is yours to keep. Monthly and annual subscribers earn Pro on the same schedule. Free, promotional and refunded periods do not count.

Use the same YouRyse account to recover earned Pro when Assistant becomes available. Restore Purchases continues to recover lifetime Pro through the Apple account that bought it. Included months and earned ownership are separate from canceling a subscription in Apple’s subscription settings.

On-device helpers

The core app works on macOS 14 and later. Optional Pro task helpers need macOS 26 or later, supported Apple Intelligence hardware, and Apple Intelligence enabled and available. If the model is unavailable or still downloading, you can write steps and estimates yourself.

Time Reality has no result yet

Complete at least three tasks that each have a time estimate and timer-tracked work. Time Reality compares these records using a median. It reflects recorded time, not continuous attention or all computer activity.

Privacy and deletion

See the privacy policy for local storage and optional service details. If an online account is enabled, its deletion control is in Settings. Deleting an online account does not cancel an Apple subscription, remove local tasks, or erase Apple purchase records.
